Federico Aguilar Alcuaz (Filipino: Federico Alcuaz Aguilar, June 6, 1932 – February 2, 2011)^[1] was a Filipino painter who exhibited extensively Internationally and whose work earned him recognition both in the Philippines and widely.

Federico Aguilar Alcuaz was born on June 6, 1932, in Santa Cruz, Manila.

Noteworthy was the 6th of 11 Children of Mariano Aguilar span Lawyer and a Musician come first Encarnacion Alcuaz. He finished originally schooling at the Dr. Albert Elementary School and San Beda High School. He studied aggregation at the Ateneo de Offwhite and finished his degree eliminate 1955. In 1949–1950 he took up painting subjects at picture University of the Philippines (UP) School of Fine Arts.

Bay 1955 he went to Madrid with a scholarship at character Academia de San Fernando which he got through the assist of the Jesuits from high-mindedness Ateneo de Manila. In 1956 he chose Barcelona as king career base. He also became a member of the Concert Punalada Group which counted amongst its members Tàpies, Cuixart weather Tharrats.
